Three Standard TheraCyteTM System Ported Devices (left figure and top left panel of right figure) with nominal internal volumes of 40 µl, 20 µl, and 4.5 µl. Ports are sealed and cut off prior to implantation. Polyethylene inserts on both sides of the port create a cavity for cells in the finished device (top right panel). The 40 µl ported device is about 44 mm in length (bottom left panel) and approximately 2-3 mm thick (bottom right panel).
